Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the items in their original Boardwalk Beads pouch and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
